The first step towards a successful Virtual Community Fundraiser is to share the online code 900389 with our supporters, far and wide! The online order code will track all pre-tax sales for our event through order.pandaexpress.com or The Panda App.

How much does Panda give back?

In 2020, to kick off our inaugural year of Virtual Community Fundraisers, we are adding a lucky 8% to our usual 20% Give Back Rate, meaning you can get back 28% of qualifying sales brought in by your supporters (pre-tax). Fun Fact: Chinese culture believes 8 is a lucky number.

What instructions do you share with our supporters to ensure their orders are counted towards the fundraiser?

Step 1: Order online through the Panda Express website or app at participating locations.
Step 2: Select your fundraiser event date as your pick-up or delivery date on your order.
Step 3: Input your unique Online Ordering Code and complete check out

What is a Virtual Community Fundraiser?

Panda Express Virtual Community Fundraiser is a fundraiser event that allows our community to support the BHS Band Boosters regardless of where they live in the country. To participate, our supporters just need to make an online purchase from their local Panda Express using your unique event code. On our event date, every Panda Express in the country is fundraising for your organization!

Does Panda have minimum sales requirement to receive a check?

To receive a check, Panda Express require a minimum of $150 in sales brought in by our supporters. On average, just 10 supporters’ online orders could generate $150 in event sales
Please note: Orders placed directly on platforms such as Grub Hub, Door Dash, Uber Eats and Postmates do not count towards our fundraiser. Orders placed in-store do not count towards our fundraiser. Looking to fundraise with in-store orders
