YMCA Presents The Great Food Race
Help your child discover food for life! This class is designed to take students on a culinary journey which will lead to the discovery of new and exciting "super" foods. We will prepare simple, healthy dishes that can easily be recreated at home using ingredients that will become the building blocks of "food for life".
