2017 Feed the Need Gala

    A Night of Dinner and Dancing in Support of a Local Non-profit
    Mission U-Too, a Bastrop-based non-profit, invites the Bastrop and surrounding communities to come out for a evening out with a steak dinner and dancing at their sixth annual Feed the Need Annual Gala on Saturday, September 16, 2017 from 6:00-10:00 PM at the Bastrop Convention Center.
    The Feed the Need Annual Gala will help raise support for food and other expenses for Mission U-Too’s five communities located in the Bastrop, Texas area for the coming year. The event will be catered by Southside Market, live country music by the Trestle Creek Band, and there will be square dancing led by a special guest caller.     Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Bastrop, Texas, Mission U-Too is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization that exists to feed people physically and spiritually. Currently Mission U-Too is located in six different towns across Texas and serves weekly hot meals to anyone in need, about 6,000 meals a month. Mission U-Too also provides disaster relief and sends teams across the country to serve hot meals and a listening ear to those hit with devastating circumstances.
