Luncheon Guidelines for Members and Future Members

Schedule

When: The 1st Wednesday of each month (no luncheon in July)

Time: 11:15 AM – 1:00 PM

Where: Bastrop Convention Center

Registration

Members can register online through their InfoHub account, located under the Member Center Tab on our website:

You may also register by contacting Chamber staff at (512) 303-0558 or info@bastropchamber.com.

Members can opt to be added to the Master Luncheon Registration List to be automatically registered for all luncheons. To be added to this list, a valid credit card must be provided and kept on file with the Chamber.

Online registration closes at 3:00 PM on the Monday before the luncheon. Registrations received by phone or email after this time will only be accepted if space is available.
➡️ Please note: No registrations or walk-ins will be accepted on the day of the luncheon.

Luncheon Fees

Luncheons are optional events, and a registration fee is required to attend.

Members: $25 per person (pre-registered) | $35 (late registration)

Future Members: $50 per person (pre-registered) | $60 (late registration)
(Payment must be made at the time of registration.)

PROMOTION TABLE — ONLY $175 (Includes 2 Luncheon Tickets)
Showcase your business or highlight an upcoming event by reserving a Promotion Table at our luncheon. Your package includes an 8-foot table, two chairs, and two luncheon tickets—perfect for connecting with attendees and increasing your visibility.

Payment Options

Online payments may be made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, Discover, AMEX).

Cash or check is accepted at the luncheon.

Invoicing is not an option — payment must be completed at the time of registration.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds or credits after 3:00 PM on the Monday prior to each luncheon due to catering and venue headcount confirmations.

Disclaimer:

Beginning in 2027, the Bastrop Chamber of Commerce will transition to a Total Resource Campaign (TRC) model for event and program sponsorships. As part of this change, the Chamber will no longer offer “right of first renewal” for sponsorship opportunities. This new approach is designed to maximize community support, diversify revenue streams, and ensure a fair and strategic allocation of sponsorships—ultimately strengthening our programs, events, and initiatives for the benefit of all members.
