    Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area Announces Reorganization of Board Staff
     
    CEDAR PARK, Texas Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area is excited to announce a reorganization of its Board staff, as well as introduce a new group of seven team members, who will help bolster our efforts to continue offering world-class services for central Texas job seekers and employers.
     
    Paul Fletcher remains the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the organization. Al Lopez who was the Director of Strategic Planning, has taken on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Jenna Akridge who was the Contracts Manager is now our Chief Contracts Officer (CCO). Gina Hyde has taken on the role of Executive Office Manager. Janie Kohl remains in her role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), along with Eric Stanfield as the Chief Information Officer (CIO).
     
    Our new staff members include Cara DiMattina-Ryan, Chief Strategy Officer, who will report to the COO; Brian Hernandez, Director of Communications, reporting to the CEO; Diane Tackett, Contracts Specialist, reporting to the CCO; Eugene Ratliff, Planning and Projects Specialist, reporting to the CSO; Angie Stout, Accountant, and Sara McComber, Accounting Specialist, both reporting to the CFO; and Michael Sartain, System Administrator, reporting to the CIO.
     
    Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area is a community partnership providing no cost recruitment and employment services to businesses and job seekers in the Rural Capital Area of Texas. This nine-county region includes Bastrop; Blanco; Burnet; Caldwell; Fayette; Hays; Lee; Llano; and Williamson counties.
     
    Through the Rural Capital Area Workforce Development Board, our offices give employers and job seekers access to local workforce solutions and statewide services in one location.
     
    Workforce Solutions Rural Capital Area is funded and empowered by the Texas Workforce Commission to make clear decisions concerning the direction and future of workforce development programs for the Rural Capital Workforce Development Area of Texas.
