Come learn about the principles of Summer based on the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda. Ayurveda is the sister science to yoga and is about bringing balance to the body, heart, and mind.

We will focus on developing routines for nutrition, movement, and meditation practice. This workshop will be part lecture, light movement, and journaling. Bring yourself and a friend to hold you accountable for your summer routines that revive your spirit.
