Mommy and Baby Yoga

Join Bastrop County Cares for our Monthly Baby & Mommy Yoga, a welcoming and supportive space for moms and their babies to relax, move, and connect. Each session includes one hour of gentle, baby-friendly yoga designed to support postpartum wellness, followed by an hour of free books, community resources, and special goodies for moms. Classes are held monthly in both Elgin and Bastrop, offering a chance to build community, care for your body and mind, and enjoy meaningful time with your little one. All moms and babies are welcome, no prior yoga experience needed.
