Mommy and Baby Yoga

Description

Bastrop County Cares invites mothers and caregivers with infants to participate in our Monthly Mommy & Baby Yoga program. These sessions provide a welcoming space for parents and babies to connect through gentle movement, relaxation, and community support. 

Each session includes one hour of guided yoga and wellness activities, followed by time for free books, community resources, and helpful items for families. The program is designed to promote bonding, encourage healthy development, and connect families with supportive services available in Bastrop County. 

Sessions are held monthly at two locations: Elgin: Every 4th Monday of the month, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (216 W 3rd St., Elgin, TX) Bastrop: Every 2nd Thursday of the month, 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM at the Bastrop Public Library (1100 Church St., Bastrop, TX)
