Description
Come join Jane for an introduction to yoga focused on prevention and correction of low bone density. This practice will focus on poses that specifically assist in improving bone density, types of poses that are great for any practice but do not aid in addressing bone density issues, and those that should be modified or avoided if bone density is already an issue. It will also introduce a newer technique to make poses more powerful in maintaining and building healthy bones. There are three poses that you should do every day - come and learn which ones they are! Class is suitable for all levels of practitioners.
Jane is an experienced yoga instructor with over 15 years of teaching experience. She has actively studied techniques for improving bone density over the past 5 years.
