Many of you have asked, so here it is- your formal invitation to be part of our Bastrop ISD 2026-2027 Back to School Bash! This year’s event will take place on Tuesday, July 28, 2026 from 5:00 - 7:30 p.m. at Cedar Creek High School. Our theme is Blast Off with BISD! and will feature all things space related. 

We’re excited to be once again partnering with CommUnityCare who will be providing stuffed backpacks to attending families. We’re also hoping all of our favorite community partners will be part of this event. Sponsorship levels are as follows and can be determined by monetary donations or in-kind services:

Jupiter

  • Top placement on all promotional materials (district website, flyers, social media, event shirts) 
  • Prime decorated space at the event

  • Second tier placement on all promotional materials (district website, flyers, social media, event shirts)

  • Third tier placement on all promotional materials (district website, flyers, social media, event shirts)

BISD and local non-profits

Mars

  • Guaranteed spot on Main Street (please bring your own tables and chairs)
  • Access to our hospitality room
  • Parking in designated vendor area

Your sponsorship dollars will be used to fund campus and grade specific school supplies or technology fees for BISD students. Families will be able to request these via QR code at their campus tables. We encourage you to also bring information and/or swag representing your business or organization. If you need ideas, consider items that are on our school supply lists, but not included in the supply packages such as:

  • Kleenex
  • Hand sanitizer
  • Ziploc bags (all sizes)
  • Disinfectant wipes
  • Pencil bags/ cases
  • Backpacks

Or school supplies that kids might also need at home such as: 

  • Markers 
  • Crayons
  • Pencils 
  • Pens
  • Glue or glue sticks
