The Chamber Board of Directors employs a President/CEO responsible for carrying out the Chamber's work program. The Board governs, and the President/CEO manages operations and staff. They must work together to accomplish the goals and mission of the Chamber. This is exemplified at the Bastrop Chamber of Commerce.
