We want to share some of India’s unique and delicious foods with our neighbors in Bastrop and beyond. My wife is from southern India and has always loved food. For the past decade, her family has exposed me to a variety of traditional recipes and regional dishes from Goa to Chennai and Ooty to Delhi. My goal is to bring those flavors to Bastrop.
