• Diverse Leadership Experience: Coon has held significant roles including HR Manager for the Texas Army National Guard, overseeing staffing, employee development, and organizational policies, and serving as a Company Commander responsible for training wounded soldiers. He also managed personnel and operations across multiple U.S. states and international locations.

• Technical and Operational Expertise: His background includes network engineering for emergency medical services, site supervision in manufacturing, and extensive equipment maintenance roles, including service engineering for international installations and military aircraft maintenance.

• Educational and Professional Credentials: Coon holds a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership, along with certification as an Army Master Resilience Trainer, underscoring his commitment to workforce development and resilience training.
