Rooted in Wellness: The 4 Pillars of Vibrant Health is an interactive workshop that explores how daily habits can help you feel stronger, calmer, and more energized. Together we’ll focus on four key areas—nutrition, movement, stress management, and sleep—through practical tips, gentle activities, and group discussions.
From building a balanced plate and trying simple stretches to practicing calming breathing and sharing bedtime routines, you’ll leave with easy strategies you can start using right away. This workshop is about encouragement, connection, and small steps that lead to lasting well-being.
