Could you use extra income? 2020 Census Taker Positions Available NOW!  The U.S. Census Bureau is recruiting to fill temporary positions across the country to assist with the 2020 Census count.  Census takers will interview household residents and update address lists.  Every 10 years since 1790, the United States has undertaken the momentous task of counting its population.   Temporary census positions offer the perfect opportunity to earn extra money while helping your community.  Most 2020 Census positions will last several weeks.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
To be eligible for a 2020 Census job, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid Social Security number
• Be a U.S. citizen
• High School Diploma

• Starting off at $18.00 a hour
• Authorized expenses, such as mileage, are reimbursed for employees doing field work
• Flexible hours Paid training
• Applicants who are hired will attend paid training before beginning work
