ReLaunch of the Outdoor Fitness Unit

Join us as we start the spring season at the Outdoor Fitness Unit in Bob Bryant Park. The Y will be hosting free demo fitness classes, offering free personal training evaluations and observation sessions, free demos of nutritional programming, will have summer programming opportunities for the entire family and just having a fun time being active in the great outdoors! Did I mention this is a FREE event for the entire family!!
