Nonprofit Management: The Fundamentals is a 3-part series, perfect for those new to nonprofits or looking to get back to basics. In these sessions, we will address 3 key areas crucial to nonprofit success: Program Strategy and Outcomes, Leadership and Board Development, and Fundraising. At the end of the series, you will have the information and tools to help you solidify your infrastructure; creating a base to take you to the next level.
