Position Overview:
We’re currently hiring a full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist for our brand new clinic in Bastrop, Texas, with the opportunity to step into a Clinical Director role. This is an ideal opportunity for a dynamic, motivated therapist who is ready to lead a clinic, influence culture, and help shape the future of Spero Bastrop.
You’ll be joining a close-knit team, including one other experienced full-time PT, in a supportive environment where you’ll receive leadership training, clinical mentorship, and the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally.

What You’ll Do:

Deliver exceptional, evidence-based physical therapy to a primarily orthopedic and sports medicine population

Serve as a clinical mentor and collaborator to team members

Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and work closely with the company’s leadership team

Foster a fun, positive, and performance-driven clinic culture

Engage with the Bastrop community and build relationships with local providers, gyms, and referral sources

Have the opportunity to pursue your passions in advanced training, mentorship, marketing, program development, and leadership
Who We’re Looking For:

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas (or eligible)

Passion for orthopedics and sports medicine – OCS or fellowship training a plus (but not required)

Strong communication and leadership skills

Interest in clinic growth and team development

Previous leadership or supervisory experience a plus – but this is also a great growth opportunity for a therapist ready to take that next step
