Greetings! My name is Melodie and I am a Realtor for Centum Oak Realty. I moved to Bastrop from Austin in 2001 and absolutely love it. My love for real estate started when I became an asset manager for a foreclosure company. We would rehab foreclosures and then put them on the market to resale for the banks. That is when I got started in property preservation for myself. My husband and I started purchasing distressed properties and remodeling them for resale. After that, I figured the only next logical step would be to get my real estate license to help others find their forever homes. So here I am!
