Description

Bastrop County Cares invites mothers and caregivers to participate in Fit for Us, a monthly wellness program designed to promote healthy habits for both parents and young children. This interactive class focuses on strength, movement, and family wellness in a supportive community setting. 

During each session, moms will take part in a guided fitness class using resistance bands and bodyweight exercises. Children ages 2–5 are encouraged to participate alongside their caregivers with simple movements and activities. The program also includes a short healthy eating lesson for children and nutritious snacks to help families learn about healthy food choices. 

Program Details Bastrop Public Library – 1100 Church St., Bastrop, TX 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM This program is free and open to the community, and registration is encouraged.
