Bastrop County Cares, in partnership with Texas Appleseed and Lone Star Justice Alliance, invites community members to attend a Know Your Rights: House Bill 6 Information Session. 

This event will provide an overview of the legislation, explain what it means for individuals and families, and clarify key rights and responsibilities under the law. Attendees will receive accurate, up-to-date information about House Bill 6 and will have the opportunity to ask questions in a supportive, community-centered environment. This session is designed to help families, educators, and community members better understand how the legislation may impact them.
