2022 Chamber Luncheon - Inaugural Veterans Appreciation Lunch

Join us for the Monthly Luncheon for the Bastrop Chamber of Commerce, an excellent opportunity to meet and network with your fellow Chamber members!

At this month's luncheon, we'll be honoring Veterans and they attend as a 
GUEST OF THE CHAMBER.  Please call or email the Chamber office to register as a Veteran.

Luncheon Guidelines for Members and Future Members

• Luncheons are held the 1st Wednesday of every month, except July.
• Hours are 11:15 AM to 1:00 PM
• Members can register online through their Member Information Center (MIC) account page under Events, Community/Chamber Calendar by accessing our website (www.bastropchamber.com), or by contacting the Chamber staff at (512) 303-0558 or info@bastropchamber.com. 
• Members also can be added to the master registration list at the office to be included in all luncheons.  All Master Luncheon Registration List additions must be accompanied by a valid credit card to be kept on file with the Chamber.
• Online registrations close on the Monday before the luncheon at 3 PM.  Late Registrations by phone or email after this time will be accepted only if room is still available and for an additional charge.  No registrations or walk-ins will be accepted on the day of the luncheon.
• Cost is $20/seat for members who pre-register. Future Member registrations are $25 and payment must be made at the time of registration.  Online payments can be made by credit card (MC, Visa, Discover, AMEX). Only cash or check is accepted at the luncheon.  We will invoice members in good standing.
• Our monthly Luncheons are an optional event and a fee is required to attend.

• Luncheon Programming must be informational in nature and be of general interest to Chamber Members and community members who attend.  
• Luncheon Programming and Sponsors are determined in the fall of each year for the following calendar year. Sponsors are allotted 3-5 minutes to speak.
• A Luncheon Sponsorship is $400 and includes 4 Luncheon Tickets. The previous year’s sponsor has first right of refusal for the following year.
• The Monthly Luncheon cannot be a fundraising opportunity for organizations; however, requests for time to make an announcement during the Program will be considered at the discretion of the President. Any request must be submitted in writing and discussed with the President at least one week prior to the Luncheon.
• The ability to hand out literature/promotional items on the luncheon tables is reserved exclusively for the Bastrop Chamber of Commerce, the Luncheon Sponsor, and the Luncheon Presenter. No other handouts, information, gift items or literature can be placed on the luncheon tables, and if any is found, the member will be asked to remove them.  A general information table is provided for all others.
• The Monthly Luncheon is a networking opportunity, so members may still hand out items personally to individuals at the luncheons for networking purposes or at the general information table.
• Exceptions to this policy will require approval from the Board of Directors.
