Cajun Mardi Gras Ball

Step into the vibrant spirit of Mardi Gras at our “Cajun Mardi Gras Ball Celebration" on January 31st, 2025, hosted at the beautiful Bastrop Convention & Exhibit Center! Enjoy lively melodies, delicious Cajun-flavored hors d'oeuvres, and a cash bar. Doors open at 6:30 pm, with the celebration kicking off at 7:00 pm and lasting until 11:00 pm. Prepare for an unforgettable evening of Mardi Gras fun, featuring musical performances by The Nash Hernandez Orchestra and Jean-Pierre and the Zydeco Angels! ?????? As part of our "Cultural Exchange" festival, we’re excited to welcome Cajun friends and delegates from Evangeline Parish, Louisiana. This special event is just the beginning of the Mardi Gras festivities, with more excitement continuing on Saturday, February 1st, in Downtown Bastrop. Ladies are invited to dress from cocktail to formal (masquerade masks optional), while men are encouraged to embrace "Texas Formal" attire, typically pairing a sport coat with jeans.
