- Exhibitor is to provide their own tables, chairs, and 10’ x 10’ tent (if desired).
- In the event an exhibitor fails to set up their display within the set-up time allowed, the show coordinator shall have the right to take possession of said space and resell same, or any part thereof. All fees will be forfeited.
- In their best interests, Exhibitors must maintain an attendant at their exhibit space during all open hours.
- Each exhibitor is to stay within their space and not encroach on anyone else’s space.
- All demonstrations, promotional materials, and sales activities must be confined to the limits of the exhibitor’s booth.
- The event will be held outside, so electrical outlets are not available.
- Absolutely no use of propane or butane will be permitted as fuel or heat source; any equipment containing gas tanks must be dry; no gas, propane or butane allowed on premises.
- The Colony HOA reserves the right to refuse exhibitor space for any reason.
- Exhibitor will receive booth assignment location prior to the show date.
- Exhibitors shall comply with all federal, state, and municipal laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances and shall comply with any and all regulations promulgated with respect to event premises.

Move-Out:  Saturday, April 13      3 pm – 6 pm    *NO EXCEPTIONS
