Summer Earn and Learn

Build a pathway to successful employment for young adults with disabilities, Ages 14-22, who are ready to learn in your area!

Summer work opportunity to provide a 5-week work experience, up to 20 hours per week, to help build necessary skills for participants to thrive in the workforce!

Work Readiness Training, Hourly Wages, and Workers Compensation Insurance are provided to the SEAL participants at no cost to the employers!

Worksite Accommodations are available, as needed, provided by Vocational Rehabilitation Services!
