Arms of Hope is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit Christian care organization that assists children and single-mother families in need.  The Refuge Campus, located in Bastrop, is one of the three Arms of Hope Campuses.   At The Refuge Ranch,  through our Together Program, we help motivated single mothers and their children transition into successful, independent futures by providing parenting skills, career training, educational support, counseling, and a home in a peaceful and safe environment.
