Carmen Caccavale is an executive and leadership coach and the founder of Infini Coaching and Consulting, LLC, where she partners with professionals navigating career transitions, leadership inflection points, and organizational change. Her work focuses on what she calls moments of unbelief—seasons when confidence, clarity, or direction feels just out of reach, often during periods of growth or transition.

With more than 20 years of senior leadership experience across global organizations, Carmen brings a grounded, human-centered approach to coaching that blends strategic thinking, deep listening, and practical action. She previously served as Director of Community Engagement and Operations at Electronic Arts, where she led large, international teams responsible for trust and safety, community health, and customer experience. Throughout her corporate career, she became known for redefining success beyond metrics—prioritizing meaning, connection, and sustainable performance.

Before EA, Carmen held executive leadership roles at Reddy Ice and Keurig Dr Pepper, guiding organizations through periods of growth, operational complexity, and change. Across industries, her work consistently centered on helping people and systems work better—together.

Carmen’s transition into coaching was a natural progression from decades spent leading, mentoring, and developing people inside complex corporate environments. As a coach, she supports leaders and professionals in building confidence, navigating change, and moving forward with clarity—both individually and within their organizations.
