Federal Court Halts Corporate Transparency Act Reporting Requirements 

A federal court has issued an injunction halting the implementation of the Corporate Transparency Act's (CTA) reporting requirements for small businesses.

Unless and until an appellate court overrules or narrows this decision, small businesses are not obligated to comply with the CTA reporting mandates.
