Description

Monthly Baby & Mommy Yoga is a supportive, community-based wellness program designed to promote physical health, emotional well-being, and meaningful connection between mothers and their babies. Hosted by Bastrop County Cares, this recurring program provides a welcoming space for mothers to engage in guided yoga practice while bonding with their infants in a calm and nurturing environment. 

Each session includes one hour of structured yoga instruction tailored for postpartum recovery and infant engagement, followed by one hour dedicated to community connection, free books, access to local resources, and complimentary items for participating families. The program supports maternal wellness, early childhood development, and social connection by creating opportunities for mothers to build supportive networks and access essential services within Bastrop County.
