As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a technically skilled, service-minded individual to join our support team and help us deliver exceptional experiences to our clients.

Note! This is a part-time position. The ideal candidate is a current university student who wishes to earn an income and gain valuable work experience. Your field of study is ideally engineering, business, sports medicine, or exercise science.

What You’ll Do

• Perform repair and maintenance on high-end training machines.
• Provide general support to customers across North America via phone and email.
• Handle packing, shipping, and tracking of customer orders.
• Manage inventory of parts and accessories.

• A strong service mindset and ability to understand and respond to customer needs
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Technical aptitude for troubleshooting mechanical and electronic systems
• A collaborative spirit and professional demeanor that reflects our brand
• Proficiency with business software (Microsoft Suite, CRM systems, Google Workspace)
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Interest in sports and athletic training is a plus!

Requirements

• University-level education. Current students are welcome.
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift 85 lbs objects
• Based in Bastrop, Texas.

• Common hand tools for mechanical and electronic repair
