Job description/overview:
Business Development Manager We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ESS Service Engineer to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the installation, commissioning, and post-service support of Energy Storage Systems (ESS) for our clients. This role ensures seamless integration of our systems and provides exceptional after-sales service to meet customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
The Service Manager is responsible for and not limited to the following:
¦ Installation & Commissioning • Conduct on-site installation and commissioning of ESS equipment. • Perform system integration, testing, and performance validation. • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate deployment.
¦ Post-Service Support • Provide troubleshooting, diagnostics, and resolution of technical issues. • Conduct regular maintenance and system upgrades. • Act as a technical liaison between the company and clients.
¦ Customer Support • Deliver training and guidance to clients on system operations. • Ensure effective communication with clients during service activities. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
¦ Documentation & Reporting • Maintain accurate records of installation, testing, and maintenance activities. • Prepare detailed service reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
¦ Continuous Improvement • Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and service efficiency. • Provide feedback to product development teams for ongoing improvement.
Skills Required for the position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience in ESS installation, commissioning, and maintenance.(Not mandatory but preferred) • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Additional information
Travel to other States is necessary to develop new accounts and clients. (40 % expected.) Work week is 40 hours with rare instances of unpaid overtime. Compensation: Company offers a competitive salary based on experience.
